Bradford Paskewitz

Most traders seek out the financial industry, but in the case of former engineer Bradford Paskewitz, the trading industry came to him — in the form of a recruiter looking to fill a quantitative trading position at Banque Indosuez in 1987.

“The headhunter told me I was exactly what the guy [at Bank Indosuez] wanted because he was looking for a ‘rocket scientist,’ and he saw that I had done missile work,” Paskewitz says. “He asked if he could put me up as a candidate for the position, and I said sure. That’s basically how I got into the business.”
