Software review: Worden Blocks 3.1

The media has focused on soaring food prices in 2008, but the rest of the U.S. economy is also getting hit by inflation — even trading expenses such as charting programs and data feeds cost more these days.

High-end analysis platforms were never cheap, but now they typically cost hundreds of dollars per month. Even lower-end programs that use end-of-day (EOD) price data can be expensive. Therefore, it was somewhat surprising when Worden Brothers recently released its latest product Blocks, which includes EOD data, for free.
